Nuvo Websites is now hiring outside sales reps. This position is purely performance based. What this means is it is a solely commissioned based position. If you have basic web technology sales experience or think you can sell our products you will do well in this position. We are offering a 15-20% commission on all sales leads, and a 10% residual on all advertising packages. This is a work from home or outside office position within any city in the US.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Present and sell NUVO products and services to potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
5. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
6. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
7. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
8. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
2. Provide on-the-job training for your sales team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through previous field work or education.
3. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
4. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license if you plan to drive to client sites.
